Intial report.  I just hooked up my SRM 007ta and then afterwards my SRM 007t Stax Amps to my newly purchased ( Used on Audiogon) McIntosh Labs MX 135 Surround Sound Processor- which I am using for now as a Preamplifier. I have connect the Omega twos, 4070s and the Sigma Pros, and Sigma non pros.  I know that many people who have these Stax amps- sometimes complaint about the weakness they have.  Well, it is my opinion that if you combine the SRMs with the MX 135 or perhaps any other McIntosh Labs Preamp- you are just going to have a musical orgasm.  I will report more about my new find in a couple of days; but for now, I am just very happy.  Enjoy Scottsmrnyc
