STAX SRA-12S HEADPHONE AMP / PREAMP

Anybody have experience with these STAX SRA-12S HEADPHONE AMP / PREAMP ..if so please advise how they would connect to a pre-amp?? greatly appreciated

there is only one way to hook it up.

The output of the preamp goes into one of the available
inputs of the sra12s. Obviously don't plug it into the one
labeled phono as that is for a turntable.

I have one around here somewhere, can't find it at the
moment, but as i remember it has 3 inputs one of which
is phonograph only.

Its a very old amplifier with 6fq7's, and has low bias
only headphone output jacks.

You realize you need old-type Stax electrostatic headphones to use the SRA-12S, right? Modern pro-bias electrostats (404, Omega 2, et al) won't work, and neither will dynamic headphones...
