Hey ladies & gents,

I have a technical question regarding the L500 and would really appreciate it if someone could lay down some knowledge on me. I purchased the SRS-3100 bundle (L300, SR-252S w/ US power adapter) a while ago and have enjoyed listening to them thus far. I want to take that next step and move up to the L500s. I was looking at ebay and saw a lot of Japanese sellers were selling the L500 at a pretty reasonable price brand new. Will run into any issues if I purchased the L500 from Japan and paired it with the SR-2525 that I currently own? I'm planning on picking up a better energizer in the near future but wanted to use the SR-2525 as a stop gap until then.

I wouldn't think so. The Stax headphones I've used from Japan use the same bias voltage as the US ones. It's just the energizers that are different. They are made to take different mains voltages.
