STAX 404 LE & SRM 600 feedback

Just curoius if anyone has heard or owns the limited edition setup. It it a great. Setup for people that appreciate stax. Also can the amp be ran thru a MacBook pro? Thanks in advance

I haven't heard the amp yet but there are some members here with this combo. The phones are excellent and you can run any of the Stax amps from a computer soundcard. I would recommend a DAC though since Stax are relentlessly revealing and will expose any and all flaws with the source.
