Dear friends, I've just ordered a Stax 3030 headphones. I have a Naim system, which includes a Naim 3.5 cd player. My question is: Any of you have experience with this combo? I listen to classical music almost exclusively.
Stax headphones come with their own dedicated amplifier.

Thank you,
Alex

I have the Stax 4040 system (the headphones with a older amp) it's the same thing you are getting except your amp is the newer version and and my headphones come with the Omega2 cable as an upgrade. These are amazing for all kinds of music, and they really shine with classical! You will love them.

I never heard them with your source, but the better the source the better they sound, and Naim makes some high quality gear so you should be fine.

Enjoy!

Mitch,

It's a shame, isn't it?
