So I was getting ready to do some work with my CIEMs in sitting in my lazy boy, I keep a blanket on the back rest to prevent sweating, when I sat down I shifted a bit and felt a bunch of tingle low level shocks in my ears. It wasn't deafening or even loud, just shocks. My CIEMs were plugged into my phone at the time and were in use. I'm paranoid, did I damage anything? They sound ok...

I think that's happened to me once before. A year later and nothing changed, so think you are good
