It's been a while since I've been active so I'm curious - what are the 4 or 5 top rated amps out today? (dynamic not 'stat)

for what headphone? - amps good with a 300 Ohm low sensitivity dynamic wanting 100s of mW or even lower sensitivity 34 Ohm planar liking a few Watts will be hissy from internal electrical noise amplified by too much gain when used with a 135 dB iem
 
and do you want the expensive "effects box" with "synergy" - or simply accurate "wire with gain"?
 
 
people clearly pay up for looks, casework, guru designer story line - to the point that "flagship", "SOTA" have to be ridiculously priced or no one will accept they can be good

Ahh details - let's say for a the HD800, and sound is more important than looks or features. Whether it's 'synergistic' or 'accurate' is up to the poster - I have no preference.
