Realistically it is at the base level of a Technology Readiness level pyramid, with plenty of claims about performance based on a few lab test specimens or physical models.
It reads like a press release to attract more private investors to gamble on investing a few million dollars.
If you want to dream about this technology in consumer devices, wait a few years until the early investors have 'industrialised the technology' so that it can deliver tens or hundreds of thousands of devices per year.
