Starting with headphone equalisation

Greetings! Just started to put music listening seriously.
Here are the setups, I’m really proud on my consumer choices, looking back.
Headphone : X2hr(sold) Sony 7506(now)
Amp/Dac : Fiio Ka3
Listening on PC w/Foobar2000 through wasapi output

Right now, I seek to equalise my headphone to perfect my Audio experience.
From what I know, you first find the best measurement data (I use those form the AutoEQ project), import it to REW( a software), set a target curve (mine is flat), dump the settings form the screenshoot (the curve there is for something else pls don’t care) and hit that match button, export the filter to EQsoftware (eqAPO).

This method clearly has room for improvement. It’s Nice to see your opinion.
Before I dig more and share findings, i would like to kindly ask for related articles. Which are great to look at?

1. Why did you choose flat as your target curve? Flat is valid for speakers, but headphones need to mimic the frequency response of speakers after the distortions caused by room and head.
2. What is your goal? Do you want to understand how different filters work and what different values do or do you just want to EQ to your target?
3. You need to be aware that headphones of the same model can have FR differences because of manufacturing tolerance. You either need to confirm tonality by ear or use some kind of measurement to confirm the frequency response.

What does the third and forth row means? They lack description. I can only understand the pink boxes (2 and 3 row)
