Today, I was listening to music and heard a static kind of white noise on the left side. I have a La Figaro 332S amp. It's has always been dead silent until today.

How and what do I check to see whats up with it?

The source turned off and I still hear the noise. I listen through optical to the D1....d1 to the amp..never had the problem before...nothing has moved..Will a bad tube do this or??

Thanks

Well, I'm going to order some tubes for the amp...
The smaller tubes are the ef95 type...was gonna order cv4010's
The larger tubes I Don't see anywhere on the forums what they are or what to use.

Looking at the tube I see 6C19-J and some Chinese writing(guessing lol) Will the Russian 6C19p work? I only see 1 of the original tube listed on ebay(1 seller)  Maybe I don't need to replace the larger tubes? I dunno...HELP!

I can't go without my amp lol...I listed to it 3hrs plus per day

anyone use these guys? http://www.vacuumtubes.net/
I emailed them and they said they can do matched pairs for an extra $2 a tube...so $6 a tube plus shipping

I don't like those guys.  I had a few too many bad experiences with them.  For starters, the price on their web page is not the price you actually pay.  Second, they pass off poorly performing tubes as "tested."  They might be the only place to buy certain tubes, so buyer beware.  But, there are other venders out there more deserving of my money.

Do you have an example or two of places I can get some tubes?
I see tubes on Ebay but they do seem $$$ and come from overseas
