Does anybody use and/or know anything about Stanton turntables? They are mainly DJ turntables, I guess, but I'm intrigued by the str8-80 since it is cheap and has a digital output.

I've never used them for critical listening, but by golly they're fun for scratching! I don't know if you're into that sort of thing, but if you are, they're a good buy.

Don't be too impressed by digital out because I'm sure the A-D on the ART DI/O would be better...

I do remember reading somewhere that the Stantons now in production tend to be durable, but a little lacking in the specs that one would want for a serious vinyl listener. Rumble and wow etc. I guess it depends on what you expect from it.
