The only place where I can find replacements (medium) is a single seller on Amazon US - and the fool doesn’t ship to international addresses. I don’t want the gel-filled, flange and Comply foam tips - or bog-standard silicone tips - and it’s completely absurd that I can’t find replacements here (UK), there, or anywhere else.

10min after I posted I found a US seller on Ebay (couldn't find it before as it was being sold as "replace4monster")... $5 tips with $13 P&P. Looks like I'll have to keep my anger in check and fork out $18.
