Hello,
 
Did you know a standalone parametric equalizer for windows 10 ?  
 
I'd like a standalone app applying equalisation on evrything, not just a foobar plugins
 
* Electri-Q seems to be a good candidate but no more supported/developped
* equalizer Apo : when I started it, the sound is immediatly modify without I have applied any settings ... strange and unknown behavure

I use VB-Audio's Voicemeeter Banana (VAC with many nice features) and EqualizerAPO.

Could enabling log file writing feature help to find out what happens there. https://sourceforge.net/p/equalizerapo/wiki/Documentation/ (Troubleshooting:Log Files). Also, Jonas (the developer) can be contacted through his sourceforge discussion forum at https://sourceforge.net/p/equalizerapo/discussion/general/
IIRC, there (discussions) are also many similar cases answered already.

Having the same issue with "EqualizerAPO : well on my computer crash regulary !". So, I had to look for an alternative. Using VB- Audio's Voicemeeter and EqualizerPro. Both working perfectly.
