Which of these amps would be the best with my SR325is Woodies? In the past, I've used SR225s w/ a Little Dot I+, and it was amazing. I'm looking to go a bit beyond that this time, and just wondering out of all these amps here (or possibly others not listed) what would be the best combo? I listen to a good majority of hip-hop, but also a lot of rock and ambient music as well.

Thanks!

I'll be getting my WA3+ Thursday and I can let you know how the SR-325is pairs with it.

My thinking is since the Grado's are already insanely efficient, then an otl amp won't be an issue.

WA6 or little dot I+, nothing else is nice.

WA6 would be my first choice without a doubt, but it's a bit outta my price range. Maybe I'll just put off the amp for a bit until I've got the cash for the WA6?

I've got a WA3 (not +), a DV 336, and a LD I+. The I+ is only one of the three that really makes my 325 and 125 Grados sing. Grados and the I+ are an amazing combination.

Wouldn't might giving the WA6SE a go, however....

I had a Little Dot MKIII and now the LD I+, the LD I+ with an opamp swap is more enjoyable. Even David, the Little Dot guy recommends the LD I+ over others and its cheaper to boot

No I+ at the moment. Had it probably about 6 months ago or so, before it was sold on here.

From what I have read, the WA6 seems to fit your bill well. Might be a good idea to save up for it and then not worry about upgrading. I love the I+ and it mates very well with Grados, as you know, but since you had it before, you might want something different.
Either way, both are winners IMO.

Looks like there's an overwhelming consensus that the Little Dot I+ is best with Grado. I think I'll have to pull the trigger and get it once Little Dot's Chinese New Year break is over.

Can't wait to start rolling op-amps and tubes!
