I been reading about them and they seem like they might be the best headphones for me(if I get them re-cabled to something better) and I want to know what the average street value for these be?

The Grado SR100? That model has long been out of production, and is a collector's item. I've not seen one for sale in months, and it would probably go for about $300. It would destroy the value to recable it.

The current lineup consists or SR-60, SR-80, SR-125, SR-225, SR-325i, RS-2, RS-1, and GS-1000. Did you perhaps mean one of those?

Grado does not often bring out new models, to be sure. I wouldn't be surprised if their line stayed the same for the next ten years.

What is it about the vintage 'phones that appeals to you? It's possible there's a modern version that will compare favorably to what you're looking for.
