I was just wondering, what do you guys recommend for Rock and/or Ska?

I am deciding between the two sets of cans, I would just like some input from some people with more experience.

Haven't listened to the SR80 but the MS1 is considered a better value. Had the SR60 before, it was harsher and less refined than the Alessandro.

EDIT: P.S: Because of its balanced sound, MS1 is well-suited for all kinds of music, not only rock. But rock is it's strong point. You won't be disappointed.

Had these two before. SR80 is more aggressive sounding, very good for headbanging. It tires my ears a little too fast. MS1 is a little more laid-back and IMO a little bit smoother by Grado standards. Both are excellent, I prefer the MS1.

And don't forget to use the search button, you can find a lot more info there
