Any suggestions for the best method to get my left earpiece back on the grado headband? My 3yr old managed to wrestle the earpiece out of the glue mold from the metal bar that is attached to the headband. Superglue didn't seem to work.

Same thing happened to both sides of my sr60's. I used JB weld and its held up very well. Rough up the metal pole thats going to be epoxied (sandpaper or dremel) for a better hold.

Your best option is hot glue.

Hot glue is very strong and can be un-done and re-done(incase it dries crooked or you get a new headband or something)

it also cleans up very nicely if you apply too much.

I used it on mine when I installed a new headband, it works great!
