Hi every one,

First post here, so hello firstly !

I've gotten a Squeeze box 2nd hand, long story, but I have gone to plug it in, nothing comes up, not even the Logitech logo when you put the power in, I've shaken it gently and there is something ratting inside - I've decided this has to be the cause - there is a small mark on the bottom where it has obviously been dropped onto some type of hard surface at some point

I tried to open up the back but the screws can't be opened up by a regular screw driver -- probably a security thing - I've hit a dead end. My mate has moved over seas and I don't think I'd have access to any of the receipts or anything - and I am not the original buyer.


He assured me it worked fine when he sent it so it may have gotten dropped at some stage in the postage process

Luckily I didn't pay any thing for this - but I feel it's fixable - I want this thing to work !

N.B. - I figure it's kind of useless to post any of my settings etc., because the thing isn't even turning on yet.

The SB3 panel is held in place by 2 torx T10 screws accessible from the back.

Find the right driver to remove the screws and your in.
