I have a Panasonic SA-AK66 stereo system: http://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-SC-AK66-Theater-Compact-Stereo/dp/B00005AY9X/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1317058121&sr=1-1 (says SC-AK66 but I don't know if there's a difference since they look exactly the same). I just got a new turntable that I hook up via line to the stereo and I've had the same problem with both players hooked up so I know it's not them. The 5 speakers are spread across my room but half of them (either the right small and large speakers or both of those and the middle speaker) cut off very often. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the receiver or the speakers or both so any help is appreciated. I was looking to get a new receiver anyway since mine is getting old but wasn't sure if I could/should keep the speakers since I'm not sure if they're the problem or if it's just the receiver. thanks!
