Hiya,
Been a while since I visited here since i've moved from headphones to speakers when my budget increased. Thought I'd drop by again and ask if maybe here I could get some advice regarding my current dilemma.
Currently looking into buying a new integrated amp for my Epos m12.2. Either the Creek a5(350 euros) or the MF a3 (400 euros). Wondering if anyone had any experience with either. The MF (MSRP 1100ish euros) dates from 1999 and the Creek dates from 2003 (MSRP 700ish euros). Creek is supposed to pair really well with epos. but the MF looks really solid and the interior looks more decent, however I am worried about the excessive highs some people mention when they talk about their a3.
Another option would be waiting for another creek evo to pop up on ebay, but don't see them appearing often, so that could take a while. Since I'm currently without amp maybe picking one with a good resale value if neither really are suited?
Thanks!
Regards,
Jonatan
