Hello.
What's difference between that cables?
Is there any real difference in sound?
Also can I connect my motherboard (https://images.morele.net/full/784031_4_f.png) with SPDIF cable to my soundcard SB Omni 5.1?
Or I need USB>SPDIF or something else? Will there be any difference?

The SB Omni 5.1 is a USB sound card, so the motherboard and Omni only communicate (pass data) thru USB, not optical.
The Omni's Toslink optical S/PDIF is a output, so would be normally never be connected to the motherboard optical output anyway.

They are both used to carry digital data. There will be no audible difference in sound if the cables are built correctly and working. Varying qualities will yield measurable performance differences in the lab... In practice, it's a non issue.

S/PDIF is either coax or fiber. USB is, well, USB.
