Hey folks

After breaking my back, I've had to get a much lighter rig. However I'm in a bit of a predicament as my D2X doesn't quite fit into it anymore. So I'm now looking at an external solution. I currently run from the 3.5mm output of my D2X into the RCAs of an integrated stereo amp which powers my speakers. If I understand correctly, I'm just looking for a DAC correct?

My budget is relatively tight, I'm limited to somewhere around $150 (in South Africa which is worth a little less). I've been considering this Sabre Dac2 from Hifime but I'm not sure how that'd compare to my current soundcard. Ideally I'd like this to be some sort of upgrade as well..

Any opinions will be appreciated! Thanks
