SP2000T Crashing when trying to play music.

Hi all, i have ran into an odd issue, i had this happen once before and it randomly cleared up, but i want to know how to fix it.
I have a SP2000T
I just put new music on my sd card via a card reader, device was off, i put the card back in and fired it up hoping to listen to the new Orbital release. Instead i get a crash and a reboot when i try to play any audio from the SD card, Spotify or Apple Music.
I am unsure what i did to fix it, but its super irritating and shouldn't be happening on such an expensive device.
