Looks like things are shaping up. I'm purchasing a Fischer Audio FA-011 (given the recommendation by LFF). I'm also working on getting an A1 from Ryan (Maverick Audio) who says he may be able to work things out.

The current B22 is just the 3 board configuration, SE with active ground.  My next B22 build will be either a 5 or 6 board all out unit, switched SE and Balanced.  I'm working on the case design now.
