I remember the days when I used to be able to buy pure silver wire such as the moon audio silver dragon per foot to make my own interconnects, headphones cables etc.
These days however, it seems the vendors are more aware of our DIY nature and seem to abolish the sales of their TOTL wires as that would kill their business but for some people who don't value their time as much as those companies building them, it would make more financial sense to make them ourselves.
I've been having a hard time sourcing the same 7N OCC litz silver wire used in the production of high end cables so if someone could point me in the right direction (online store) that would be great!
