I made my own from parts from Ace Hardware. I used a .25" ID/.375" OD flanged bronze bushing at the faceplate, a .25" plated steel rod cut to length, and a .25" ID straight bronze bushing for the coupling. I had to drill and tap the coupling to use 2 socket head set screws, but otherwise it was uber easy and cheap.
