I did, only sold in packs of 4, would get kind of expensive to order five of these. Considering buying the cheapo X1 just for the tips.

Try emailing klipsch customer support. when I tore my image s4 tips (long story) they mailed me new ones at no charge.

Let me look to see what I have left, I have the Custom 3's and only used the large double flange tips.  Whatever I have left you can have, if I can find them.
 
I just switched over to Comply Foam tips and like them much better.
