The Nforce2 is very fast and beats Audigy2 in that sense as it demands less from the CPU and is also better than other inbuilt soundcards as it is hardware processed rather than just soft sound.
24bit/92khz isnt on the Nforce2 unfortunately and I believe it will produce a lot of hissing sounds (being situated next to the CPU/fan area). But all depends what you want:
24bit/92khz sound
Advanced HD EAX3 support
Finer quality connects and software support
= Audigy2
Faster processing
Cheaper solution (comes with motherboard)
= Nforce2
personally i go for Audigy2 as it has the Advanced HD which new games like Doom3 will use. Nforce2 is like the Sb Live value in terms of sound processing abilities.
