Soundcard with excellent SQ DACs on 6 channels

I'm looking for a soundcard to use as an active XO, and members of this forum seem to really appreciate the merits of a fine DAC.  So... any recommendations for 6.1/7.1 soundcard with SQ at the level of ESS products on all channels?   Thanks.
