OK, I'm looking for a reasonably priced computer audio solution that will need to be used on a notebook. Now I'm wondering about USB/FW vs. PCMCIA? There are advantages to both I think, with the USB/FW offering(at least in general) more ports and such, while the PC card plugs right into the PC with no extra cords(really nice) but with an external solution I can easily switch between desktop and notebook, though the notebook is more important. Could someone advise me which way to go, plus give good products in each category, plus keeping it for sure under $150, less is good too
