Soundcard/dac to go with Scythe SDA-1100 Kama Bay Kro amp

Hello, I'm pretty much decided to buy Scythe SDA-1100 Kama Bay Kro amp - which will be great especially because I can fit it in my 5.25" bay.

- price/sound ratio looks great, should probably be suitable for my Shure SRH440s right?
 
Now i need to decide on some good soundcard/dac to go with it - what will be good in <$100 region?

i have a good deal for used one for about half the price...
 
^^ will this card be sufficient for my needs? will I benefit from the mentioned amp or I could stick just with card's internal one?
