Hello,i have been trying to find a solution since atleast a month,
My G6 still crackle even after the latest firmware/drivers.
I tried every possible thing and i couldn't manage to fix the problem.
DPC Latency is always green, 30 minutes consecutive test (done multiple times)
Things i have tried without success:
Changed every sample rate supported.
Changed the USB energy saving features on W10
Changed every bios setting related to usb and power saving (even the CPU states)
Connected the card on a usb hub
Tried every possible usb port on my motherboard usb 2.0 and 3.0/3.1 (MSI H170 Gaming M3)
Reinstalled windows 10 ver 1809
Disabled Windows 10 fast boot
Updated every possible driver
Disabled other sound peripherals like NVIDIA High definition audio
Disabled onboard Realtek
Updated the motherboard to the latest Bios
Checked every IRQ for possible conflicts
Changed the power plan to high performance
Disabled usb suspend
Tried to connect my pc trough a power/voltage stabilizer
Also i tried every driver release from creative site.
The problem happen both in direct mode and in SB Connect 2 mode
I hear a click every minute or so.
I don't know what else can i do.
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you.
*On the same exact pc my old Soundblaster G5 works perfectly fine.
