is there any difference in sound quality when pairing sennheiser rs130 with an amp and with an ipod(without amp) respectively??? help pls

Better amplification is usually preferred.

Well sennhieser rs130 is wireless. The amp will affect the sound signature but won't do much to affect how well it drives it's own drivers.
The amp has less affect with wireless.

what is there to amp if the headphone is wireless? You could look into a better source but an amp won't do much.

Should be no difference.
As they will always be driven with the same amplifier, the one built into the headphone.
