Hello all, I'm looking at headphones $50 and under over ear closed back or on ear that are fairly portable. I saw the review of the JVC HAS 160B on CNET and I'm wondering can I get better sound than these if I spend a little more? Other headphones I'm looking at are: Incipio NX-104 f38, Panasonic RP-HTX7-W1, BRAINWAVZ HM3, Audio Technica ATH-T400 and Monoprice 8323 though these don't seem to be available anymore and instead MHP-839.

So does anyone have the JVC's and any of these other headphones and is there a sound quality difference? Other recomendations are certainly welcome and if I had to say, I'm looking for something that's not too trebely or fatiguing and nothing too heavy on the bass.
Thanks for any advice.
