Hi. Not so long ago I purchased a Dux Sound Project ZU7 (manufactured in Sweden in 1971 I believe) for dirt cheap, and I know not much about about this HiFi equipment because of the lack of information about it on the internet. It has a Shure M75MB Type 2 Cartridge. I've seen people reffering to it as the Philips 66RH891, and I'm currently using it as a record player, belt driven unfortunatelly. It has 33, 45 and 78 rpm speeds on the turntable, and it has a built in pre-amp and it can be used as a radio. Unfortunatelly the switch that's controlling the anti-skate is broken and lifts the platter and tonearm up when I go from 2 down to 1.
I'm making this thread to see if anybody here on head.fi knows anything about this? I'm using it with 2 Sonab OA-5 Type 2 speakers which connect with some weird DIN 2 Broches cable.
Also, if possible, anybody knows the proper weight for the M75MB Type 2 cartridge?
I hope I'm posting this on the right forum.
