Hello, I'm a long time lurker but new member to Head-Fi. Enjoy looking at people's various setups

Anyways, I was about to get the JVC HA-RX700 but it looks like there's no way unless spending lots of customs (I live in CANADA). So I will get a DAC or Sound card with the money I have.
So around ~80 CDN or even less, maybe a little more, what's my best possible option? I have M-Audio AV40, and would like to know what sound card or external dac would be my best choice.
I'm still using onboard, Realtek HD Audio.
