Should I bring HD800. Last time was hot and I had to wash cushions, it is always hassle.

Would love to hear the HD800's, Markj!

I'm really hoping to attend, although work is totally crazy right now. I work in Bellevue, so perhaps I can take a late lunch break and scoot over just for a bit.

Markj the temp should be a lot better for a meet. I would appreciate it a lot if you did bring the HD 800's but would understand if you didn't. glad to see Ub3rMario is coming too. It has been a long time. Just got the GermanMAESTRO - Powered by MAESTRO Badenia in the mail for the meet So it should be interesting?

Yes, please, Markj. I'd like to compare them to the Ed 8. And bring that Phonitor. I didn't get any time with it at the last meet. Should be cool in the room Saturday. Did you try other cabling with the Ed 8 when you had them? Thanx.

I'd also would like to hear the HD800 again. I got bashed in the forums for not liking them and want to give them a second chance.

We also get a different mix of people at each meet, so having the HD800 there will give more people a chance to hear one of the most popular headphones.

I am bringing the recabled hd 800s which it would be cool if there is another one there so we can quick switch for comparisons. Even though I like my hd800s I still perfer my d7000s for a lot of music.

I woke up, had some coffee, came to my senses, and decided to go to Bellevue. I'll be there. Basic gear, nothing fancy.
AV123 x-head amp
HD600, Denon D2000 (no mods), DVD player and iPod for source.
I'll also bring my Grado SR60 and old Sony V6 just in case someone is curious.

I made up a demo CD of some songs that demonstrate how the unmodded D2000 can sound wrong. I'll bring that along too. And some pipe organ CDs in case KingStyles is curious.

I am packed and ready to go. Bringing a couple extra goodies to play with.
