SOUL SL300 by Ludacris Noise Canceling or Bose Quiet Comfort 3?

 
The Soul SL300 by Ludacris is currently on sale as it is discontinued by manufacturer, however, the price difference is huge when compared to the Bose QC3.  What is your feedback regarding these two headphones? Is the Soul SL300 worth it? What will I get with the Bose QC3 that I will not get in the Soul SL300?
 
What are your recommendations?  Please let me know.  Thank you.
