(1) What's the difference between "XB" and "XD" line?
 
(2) Between these two (XB500 vs XD200), any suggestion which to choose?
 
I don't listen to music. It's mostly for normal youtube/video use.

If it's for movies/videos the XB500 have a very heavy bass so you might want to go with those.

XB stands for eXtreme Bass; XD stands for eXtreme Digital (I think).

I am not that interested in the base either, but the dialog/voice quality should be better.
