Has anyone on this forum purchased the Sony VAIO Pocket. I want to purchase a hard drive based audio player for Christmas. I have heard that Sony will have a firmware update to allow native MP3 support. If not it does not bother me to use the ATRAC system. I have very few MP3's and plan to rip my CD collection. I also plan to use the device to store photos from a Sony digital camera, and to use it for an external hard drive for my Sony laptop. I am mainly concerned about the sound quality, battery life, build quality, and features. The size or weight of the player is not a concern. I see that NewEgg has the player on sale for $400 with the rebate. It seems like a good player for the money. What do you think. Thanks
