The s638, s639 and the s738 have fallen in price on amazon.co.uk to 52.95, 89.99, and 77.84 respectively. As a result, the used values have also dropped.
Some bargains to be had, but I wonder if this signals that something new is in the pipeline from Sony. They just revamped the E series, is the S next?
