Looking for some advice, what do you guys think of this:

Home Theater In A Box deals on eBay will always let you down. Plus, avoid the Sony systems like a plague. I don't know if you noticed, but they are rated at 10% THD. That's so horribly poor I wonder why anyone would buy it.

What about the receiver, the problem is that my budget is very low. It is only for a smallish room to listen to music sooo....

Do you only want a receiver? If so you can get much better brands and refurbished.

If you need the speakers, look for some other HTIB systems.

I suggest an older Marantz receiver.

What do you get

good music processing with the warmer Marantz sound

a DAC with RCA and TOSLINK inputs - (add a $20 USB-TOSLINK convertor off eBay and you have computer audio of medium quality that is electricall isolate from computer noise for a bargain)

a good headphone amp

remote

ability to set up bi-amp monitors with a sub

Try and get better value then that!
