I have a problem with my R10s. One of the channels comes in and out, I think it could be a problem with the cable. Does anyone know anyone that does headphone repairs? I do not feel comfortable opening it up and screwing around with it, I would rather pay someone that knows what they are doing. Thanks

Get a hold of Alex at APureSound.com
Thats your best bet - i know he has done headphone repair, and he has personally helped fix a few of mine (as well as recable them)

It would be best to find some one familar with the construction of the R10's.

Didn't Mikhail have a pair of R10's balanced for some one?

Personally I'd prefer to send them to some one who has opened a pair before.

Good Luck Mitch

Mikhail has recabled quite a few R10s,If you check out the last NY meet impressions thread ,you can see pics of him repairing a pair of R10s at the meet.
Alex would also be a good choice.

I'm afraid that your R10s are dead. If you'll send them to me, I'll give them the proper final rites. There's no need to thank me.
