just curious if anyone else here still uses a sony psp or ps vita as their portable DAP too.
I usually have my psp on me and think it has fairly nice SQ.

Im still using my psp like dap, but now I buy a vita, it have a better DAC, a better sound quality and a awesome screen, I tend to use the vita with a FIIO e11, and ATH-M50.
really awesome and clear sound quality.

My vita shows up today, i will be excited to hear how it sounds versus an old PSP.

the Vita is a great piece of hardware, and a great succesor of psp, it can be a bit cumbersome at first when transfer your collection of albums to the vita, (labeling mp3 or ordering them), but gradually think that the process is less problematic.
It is a great portable device for multimedia entertainment.
As I said in my post the vita demonstrates its true potential when playing the uncompressed original WAV from "X" album that you have or you like.
 
and if you want to transfer the entire album in WAV to vita, you need to create a .m3u playlist file and copy that list to  vita (this automatically copies the wavs to the device, just by having the .m3u and audio files in the same directory)
