Sonic Stage v3.4

Hi I was having problems with Connect player so I installed Sonic Stage v3.4 and all songs transfered ok to the player, I could see them listed in 'Atrak Device ' and could play them from my pc. when I disconnect and try to go into the players library I am getting the error "No Songs, Connect compliant softwareand transfer songs"

can anyone help, cheers

Are these songs ripped from CD or songs purchased from Connect? Or songs purchased from another provider like iTunes or Napster?

all ripped to mp3 from CDs

Try unistall the SS software and install it again?
