Specs:
 

1. Driver Unit : Closed supra-aural, Dynamic
   30 mm, dome type (CCAW Voice Coil)
2. Frequency Response : 12 - 22,000 Hz
3. Impedance : 24 ohms at 1 kHz
4. Sensitivity (db) : 100 dB/mW

So, I think the Ohms are decent and the Response is ok, but can someone explain the sensitivity and Impedance?
