Hi, can anyone help me here? I have a pair of XB700's (amazing btw) and they were around my neck. When I shook my head the right speaker and aluminum rail swung and pivoted. EARlier today the screw finally went and now fell off completely. The wire is attached and it still works it's just that its not attached to the band on my head. 
 
So question: How am I able to take apart the top plastic piece so I can screw the 2 small screws back into the holes on the aluminum piece?

Did you get it fixed? Mine just did the same thing.

Above the screws there is a cap, just pull it towards the headphone and the screws will be underneath,
