Sony MDR-EX90 - how to open driver unit

Why do that?  Just use the EX90.  If it's the white shell & cable of the earphones, but some white earphones.

I would like to use the remote of the original headset. Maybe it's a misunderstanding as I want to change the driver incl. shell. I just need to open that thing to change the wiring.

I have no idea if it is worth it as I don't like the white color at all... Just some crazy idea.
