So, I stand corrected in that they are not officially disc in the US, they seem to have vanished elsewhere on official Sony sites and are not avail form Sony direct in the US.  
 
My guess, and only a guess is that they will be gone shortly.  But resellers still have them.

They are now my go to headphones. In terms of sound quality, comfort, seal (not to mention the price), they are hard to beat.
 
The 7520 are so good that I bought an extra pair soon after I got my first one.
