Sony Lost my IEM, no reponse what should i do?

Hi guys, Sorry if this doesn't belong here but I purchased the Sony XBA 40ip and after 7 months they died on me. Since they are only available in Japan I called the US warranty service center in the US and they told me to send them to Texas for warranty, since then they have completely lost my IEMs and I have called 11 times every time i call they tell me they will "escalate" my issue and contact me in 72 hours, in 4 months nobody has ever called me or contacted me, anybody know what I should do?

I have to agree. Going to a social media site like Twitter or Facebook produces a near-immediate response with most companies. They don't want their large fanbase seeing disgruntled customers griping in public about the quality of their product, poor service, or whatever, and work quickly to 'clean up' the mess and make it right.
